Monact

Monact collects reviews and customer feedback through a QR code printed on a card that goes inside the customer's order. You build a short survey, download a print-ready PDF, and put the card in your packaging. The buyer scans it while the box is still open in front of them, answers your questions, and finishes on a screen showing your review destinations. Scans and answers arrive in your dashboard as orders are opened. It is built for sellers who cannot email their buyers directly. On a marketplace the platform keeps the customer and hands you an order number, so a card in the box is the only channel you own. A campaign does one of two things, and you can switch between them without reprinting anything. A survey asks questions one screen at a time, optionally inviting a review at the end. A reviews campaign sends buyers straight to the review sites you have chosen, shown in your order. Questions can be score, multiple choice or free text. On Growth and Scale, branching surveys ask a more relevant follow-up based on an earlier answer. Every response exports to CSV. Monact does not gate reviews. Every respondent reaches the same final screen with the same review destinations, whatever they answered, and there is no setting anywhere that changes this. That is what Amazon and FTC policy require, and it is enforced in the product rather than left to the seller. Printed cards can be ordered from Monact, with the first pack included on every paid plan. A free plan is available with one campaign and 50 responses, no card details required.

Ollie

Ollie is review reply software for UK small businesses. When a new review lands on a business's Google Business Profile, Ollie drafts a reply in the owner's own tone of voice and sends it to their WhatsApp. The owner reads it, taps once, and the reply is posted to Google. Nothing is published without approval, and drafts can be edited before sending. Unlike reputation dashboards built for agencies and multi-location brands, Ollie is designed for single-site owner-operated businesses with no time to sit at a desk. There is no dashboard to check and nothing to learn. It works on the phone the owner already carries. Ollie flags sensitive reviews, such as legal threats, injury claims and serious complaints, for careful human attention rather than drafting automatically. Built in the UK for independent businesses of any kind, including cafes and restaurants, tradespeople, salons and barbers, garages, dental and veterinary practices, gyms, opticians and independent retail. Plans start at GBP 9 per month with a 14 day free trial.

Alerts are configurable — get notified about every review, or only the lower-rated ones that need damage control. PRAIZ

PRAIZ is a SaaS platform that helps local businesses collect authentic Google reviews through a simple QR code system. Customers scan a QR code at the store and answer a short, industry-specific survey designed for restaurants, salons, clinics, and schools. Based only on what the customer actually selected and wrote, AI generates several draft review variations in different tones and structures, so customers can post a genuine review in their own words in about one minute. The AI is strictly constrained to the customer's real answers and never fabricates experiences. Business owners get a management dashboard with review analytics, survey response insights, and AI-assisted reports on trends and areas for improvement. Setup is simple: register the business, download the printed QR code, and place it at tables, counters, or receipts. PRAIZ focuses on review authenticity, recency, and relevance. Pricing is a flat monthly subscription per location.
