## About Monact
Monact collects reviews and customer feedback through a QR code printed on a card that goes inside the customer's order. You build a short survey, download a print-ready PDF, and put the card in your packaging. The buyer scans it while the box is still open in front of them, answers your questions, and finishes on a screen showing your review destinations. Scans and answers arrive in your dashboard as orders are opened. It is built for sellers who cannot email their buyers directly. On a marketplace the platform keeps the customer and hands you an order number, so a card in the box is the only channel you own. A campaign does one of two things, and you can switch between them without reprinting anything. A survey asks questions one screen at a time, optionally inviting a review at the end. A reviews campaign sends buyers straight to the review sites you have chosen, shown in your order. Questions can be score, multiple choice or free text. On Growth and Scale, branching surveys ask a more relevant follow-up based on an earlier answer. Every response exports to CSV. Monact does not gate reviews. Every respondent reaches the same final screen with the same review destinations, whatever they answered, and there is no setting anywhere that changes this. That is what Amazon and FTC policy require, and it is enforced in the product rather than left to the seller. Printed cards can be ordered from Monact, with the first pack included on every paid plan. A free plan is available with one campaign and 50 responses, no card details required.
