Ollie Reviews & Product Details

Ollie is review reply software for UK small businesses. When a new review lands on a business's Google Business Profile, Ollie drafts a reply in the owner's own tone of voice and sends it to their WhatsApp. The owner reads it, taps once, and the reply is posted to Google. Nothing is published without approval, and drafts can be edited before sending. Unlike reputation dashboards built for agencies and multi-location brands, Ollie is designed for single-site owner-operated businesses with no time to sit at a desk. There is no dashboard to check and nothing to learn. It works on the phone the owner already carries. Ollie flags sensitive reviews, such as legal threats, injury claims and serious complaints, for careful human attention rather than drafting automatically. Built in the UK for independent businesses of any kind, including cafes and restaurants, tradespeople, salons and barbers, garages, dental and veterinary practices, gyms, opticians and independent retail. Plans start at GBP 9 per month with a 14 day free trial.
