OMINVO Reviews & Product Details

OMINVO is review management software for small businesses that want to stay on top of customer feedback without hiring anyone to do it. It watches for new reviews and alerts you within seconds — the full review text, the star rating, and a direct link to respond. For every review, OMINVO drafts a personalized reply that references what the customer actually said, so you can post it in one tap or edit it first. An analytics dashboard tracks your reply rate, rating trends, and response times. Smart filters let you sort reviews by rating, reply status, or urgency, so the ones that need you most rise to the top. Alerts are configurable — get notified about every review, or only the lower-rated ones that need damage control. OMINVO connects securely to your Google Business Profile through official authentication, and offers a free tier so you can monitor and reply with no setup fees and no contracts.
