Salesia

Salesia is the AI-powered sales OS for brands that sell through physical retail: pharmacies, beauty institutes, specialty and organic stores. At its core is an order hub that centralizes every B2B order, whatever the channel. Order hub: orders from EDI, distributor portals, the reps' app, email, CSV files, phone and paper forms all land in one place. A discount and free-goods engine applies each customer's commercial terms automatically, and orders sync two-way with the brand's invoicing and logistics systems. No more retyping, no more pricing errors. AI built in: reps dictate their visit reports by voice and Salesia transcribes them automatically. The Salesia AI agent (coming soon) spots the stores that haven't reordered, drafts the follow-ups and pre-fills the order forms, ready to send. Around the hub: an offline-first mobile app for field reps (customer records, catalog, order taking), live analytics on distribution coverage, reorder rate, rep performance and churn, and a branded B2B storefront with store locator. Unlimited users, priced per order instead of per seat. Onboarding in days, not months.

SalesOrder OS

SalesOrderOS by Xamun is an order-to-e-invoice system built for building-materials distributors in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). It brings sales orders, depot stock, field sales, UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) and PINT AE e-invoicing into one system. Orders can be typed into the form or said as a single sentence to the AI assistant, in English or Arabic, at the desk or on a field rep's phone. When a person confirms the order, the system reserves stock at the nearest depot. The invoice freezes price, description and VAT on every line, and the PINT AE e-invoice is built from that frozen invoice and sent through the Accredited Service Provider (ASP) the business appoints. Key features of SalesOrderOS by Xamun include: **AI Order Entry in English or Arabic**: Staff type or say an order the way they would text it. The assistant fills in the customer, delivery site and order lines, checks stock and suggests items that usually go with the order. Every step can be undone, and nothing is recorded until a person confirms. **Nearest-Depot Stock Allocation**: Each order line is split across the nearest warehouses first, then factories, measured from the delivery site rather than the customer's head office. Heavy goods ship from the depot that protects freight margin, and stock is reserved when the order is confirmed, so two people can never sell the same last units. **Field Sales App**: Reps install the app from the browser on any phone, with no app store, and see only their own customers. They take orders on site against live stock, so nothing is re-keyed later from a notebook, a call or a message. Drafts save offline and stock is re-checked when signal returns. Field discounts are capped at 5%, and new prospects are held until the trade licence arrives. **UAE VAT on Every Line**: Standard-rated, zero-rated, exempt and out-of-scope lines are handled, including free zones and exports. Price, description and VAT are frozen on each line, so a later price or rate change never alters an issued invoice. **Bilingual Tax Invoices**: Invoices print in English and Arabic with the seller and buyer Tax Registration Numbers (TRNs), a VAT category on every line and a VAT summary. TRNs are validated, and an invoice cannot be marked ready while a mandatory field is missing; the system names the field. **PINT AE E-Invoicing Through Any ASP**: The e-invoice is built from the frozen invoice and sent through whichever ASP the business chooses, with each ASP set up as a single connector. A background queue retries when the provider is down, rejections come back with readable error codes to fix and resend, and the exact file sent can be downloaded. Once accepted, the invoice locks and any change needs a credit note. **Built Around the UAE E-Invoicing Rules**: The workflow follows the e-invoicing system set by Ministerial Decisions No. 243 and 244 of 2025, as amended by No. 66 of 2026, and the VAT changes in Federal Decree-Laws No. 16 and 17 of 2024. Businesses with revenue of AED 50 million or more must appoint an ASP by 30 October 2026 and go live on 1 January 2027; businesses below that appoint by 31 March 2027 and go live on 1 July 2027. **Zero Capex, a Fee per Order from Go-Live**: Discovery and the build are at Xamun's cost. From go-live, the business pays a small fee for each order processed, and a month with no orders means nothing owed. Each client gets its own deployment, in the cloud or on its own infrastructure. By fixing invoice data at the sales order, SalesOrderOS by Xamun helps UAE building-materials distributors get ready for e-invoicing while protecting freight margin, stopping overselling and letting invoices go out when the goods do.
