What do you like best about RetailOps?

RetailOps is really straightforward. It does not have unnecessary nice graphics that do nothing but look nice. The interface is clean and you find the options in a fast manner. We manage everything from entering goods, to stock management and delivery of customer orders. RetailOps is easy to learn and integrates well with our accounting software. What do you dislike about RetailOps?

Not all Ecommerce platforms are supported, minor platforms need a customized integration which is not easy to do. Their customer service could do better when helping with such issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RetailOps solving and how is that benefiting you?

Purchasing order, Inventory and Sales Order Management. Because it is included in one single software solution there is no lag in synching the stock level when incoming or outgoing orders are entered in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
