Aids in planning and costs savings Adss to time saving and improving overall resource planning

There is nothing that I like about RetailOPS. I've interacted with and worked on numerous WMS, WES, and labor management systems and this is a system that I do not recommend unless you work out of a garage and have 25-50 sales a day. I believe the system is integrated heavily within all operations of my company and with that being said, I am strictly speaking about the operations side. Working in the fulfillment center, you are accustomed to the following operations: picking, packing, receiving, putaway/replenishment, and shipping. Every one of those processes is limited by RetailOPS. The core logic of their system which is based on Lots is ridiculous. The only time I've ever seen Lots being used is in medical distribution centers and food distribution centers but never in an e-commerce setting.

RetailOps is really straight forward. It does not have unnecessary nice graphics that do nothing but look nice. The interface is clean and you find the options in a fast manner. We manage everything from entering goods, to stock management and delivery of customer orders. RetailOps is easy to learn and integrates well with our accounting software.
