Email Template Builder Software Discussions
I came across a few top-rated options in the event marketing space on G2 and wanted to get input from folks who’ve used these to manage sponsorships. We’re looking for something that balances attendee engagement with sponsor visibility and makes it easier to handle logistics without too much manual work.
- Constant Contact – Known for its email marketing strength, but does it cover sponsor management well?
- Eventbrite – Great for ticketing and promotion, but how flexible is it for sponsor activations?
- Cvent Event Marketing & Management – Strong enterprise features. Is it overkill for mid-sized events?
- Webex Events & Webinars – Cisco-backed with virtual event capabilities. How good is the sponsor experience?
- GoTo Webinar – Easy setup and wide adoption. Does it provide enough analytics for sponsor ROI?
- BigMarker – Flexible webinars and virtual conferences. Is sponsor integration smooth?
If you’ve organized events with any of these, which platform did you find most effective for securing and managing sponsorships? Were there trade-offs or surprises along the way? I’d love to hear what worked best in real-world use. Thank you!
When you say events do you mean webinars?
Goldcast is definitely a good one! ON24 is also a very highly recommended one. I think you can also use social media platforms directly to cast live or record and upload such as YouTube or LinkedIn of course.
I guess it depends on the objectives, levels of capabilities you need and what kind of scale it is. If it's an enterprise wide thing, you probably want something more comprehensive especially with integrations with a CRM.
