Weeksort

Weeksort is shift scheduling software for a workplace that builds its own week, centred on one button. A manager configures the positions that get scheduled, the qualifications each requires, and named sets of hour limits — hours per day, week or month, consecutive days, rest between shifts — applied per person. The week's shifts are drawn on a grid of positions against days, to the minute, across midnight where needed, needing several people, in three levels of coverage, or copied from a template or a past week. Then Auto-assign works through every open slot and, in seconds, proposes who works where. It keeps to eligibility, approved time off, unavailability, the shifts people marked Can't and each person's hour limits, with rest and days in a row counted within the week, never books anyone on two overlapping shifts, staffs mandatory shifts first, favours what people asked for and, by default, spreads hours towards each person's weekly target. A slot it cannot fill by the rules stays open, with the reason. It can work around the people the manager has already placed by hand, or plan the whole week afresh. The manager reviews the proposal, applies it or not, and can edit it afterwards or undo it from the builder. How much say staff have is the workplace's choice. A week can be built and published without asking anyone, with no Can't answers allowed, handovers off and each person seeing only their own shifts. Or staff rank every shift, trade shifts between themselves and see the whole schedule. Nobody approves filed preferences or unavailability: staff enter both themselves. Time off and claims on open shifts are a manager's decision. For handovers and swaps, a workplace setting decides whether a manager approves the result or the two people settle it between themselves. Publishing asks who may see the whole schedule and tells staff in the app's inbox, and by email for anyone who turns that on; each person reads their own shifts in their own language. When a published week changes, the manager chooses whether only the people affected are told, or everyone. Reports on assignments over any date range with per-person totals export to Excel and CSV, as does each week, and the roster prints. The interface is available in twelve languages including right-to-left Arabic and Hebrew, chosen per person. It runs in a browser, works on a phone browser and can be added to a phone's home screen, and there is an Android app on Google Play. Weeksort records who is scheduled to work. It is not a time clock, does not calculate pay and is not a statutory record of hours worked. Weeksort is made by Solvern.

How it works

weone

weone is an applicant tracking system built for people who hire without a big HR team: independent recruiters, recruiting agencies and growing companies. Post a job once and publish it to your own careers page, LinkedIn, Indeed and Google for Jobs. Applications land in one pipeline where you can move candidates between stages, tag them and see everything about each person in one place. AI does the reading for you. It parses every resume, scores how well each candidate matches the job, writes a short summary, and suggests interview questions based on the resume and the job description. Scheduling takes one step. Book an interview with a Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link, or send the candidate a link to pick a time that works for them. Interviewers leave scorecards, and you can send offers from the same place. Candidate emails go out from your own Gmail or Outlook, with ready-made templates and automatic updates at each stage. Rejections are held until the next working morning so they never feel automated. weone works in 16 languages, and every workspace starts with a free 30-day trial, no card needed.

Wiggli

Recruiters don't lose deals because they lack tools. They lose them because their time disappears into searching, screening, and admin instead of talking to candidates and clients. Wiggli fixes that. It's the AI-native recruitment software built by recruiters, for recruiters: describe who you need in plain language, and Wiggli handles the heavy lifting from sourcing to placement. Teams on Wiggli cut screening time by 65% and save 30+ hours per recruiter every month, hours that go back into relationships, the part of the job where recruiters actually make the difference. One platform, from first contact to placement: AI Sourcing Suite. Search 850M+ live talent profiles and 70M+ companies by intent, not keywords. Drop in a job description or a sample CV and Wiggli surfaces the best matches with 89% accuracy, including candidates other tools miss. Verified emails and phone numbers on demand, fully GDPR-compliant. And with 70M+ company profiles, agencies can prospect new clients from the same platform they recruit with. AI Sourcing Agent. Your always-on co-pilot. Give it a role and it sources, ranks, and engages candidates in the background, so pipelines build themselves while your recruiters work the ones that matter. Multichannel outreach. Automated, AI-personalized sequences across email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp, sent from your own accounts. Reply detection stops the sequence the moment a candidate responds. No generic blasts, every message references the candidate's actual background. ATS. Screen, schedule, communicate, and move candidates forward with clear pipelines and smart automation. Built to be used, not tolerated. Recruitment CRM. Run your agency's operations in one place. Manage clients, companies, vacancies, and candidates with full relationship history, and keep your database working for you: Wiggli refreshes and enriches profiles automatically, turning past candidates into your cheapest source of placements. Vendor & Freelance Management. Share roles with external agencies, track submissions, and manage freelance contracts and payments with full visibility. Talent Insights. Real-time analytics across sourcing, engagement, and hiring, so you know what's working before your competitors do. Employer Brand Builder. Branded career pages and job sites that look like you, not like a template. Built for recruitment agencies and in-house talent teams that want to grow revenue without growing headcount. One platform to source, engage, hire, and onboard, faster.
