**What do you like best about Weirdly?**

we are a big Recruitment agency, and we have multiple received cv for every day, but this software provide to best screening facilities and very easily

**What do you dislike about Weirdly?**

nothing dislike, just need to strong filter facility.

**What problems is Weirdly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

our interview scheduling process for the recruiter side is very easy to handle with this software. and much more screening facility with provide assessments facility with good quality questions and accurate result based.

**What do you like best about Weirdly?**

I like how easy and simple the process is. Something that is usually stressful and never ending is much simpler with weirdly and makes a huge difference in the process.

**What do you dislike about Weirdly?**

I have had some hiccups while using weirdly, maybe it's because of my quizzes or maybe it's not, but there have been times where unqualified candidates have been shortlisted. I don't know the reason behind this hiccup. I feel like there should be more questions asked me before creating the quiz, instead of leaving the editing of questions to me. The whole point of using this software is so that I don't have to go through the trouble of quizzing candidates.

**Recommendations to others considering Weirdly:**

It's a great software, but I wouldn't put it out as your one and only method of shortlisting candidates.

**What problems is Weirdly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To hire for my private designing company. I don't have many employees, but what I have, I've mostly used weirdly. Since I've used other methods as well, Weirdly is definitely one that I would recommend to my colleagues.

**What do you like best about Weirdly?**

Weirdly has been very useful in helping me to find potential employees and narrow it down to the right candidate. The quizzes help to get to know someone and find exactly who I'm looking for. 

**What do you dislike about Weirdly?**

I didn't find any cons when using Weirdly.

Give it a try and I think you'll find it helpful!

**What problems is Weirdly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need specific kinds of people on my team and I quickly realized it can be difficult to locate a like-minded, reliable person to work with. Weirdly helped to point out the creative individuals who think the way I would want a team member to think. I will definitely go back to Weirdly in the future when I need it.

**What do you like best about Weirdly?**

The applicants that like weirdly are the type of people we want to hire. Both the recent hires LOVED it and happened to also score 80+ percent.

**What do you dislike about Weirdly?**

I don't think the subscription based payment is ideal for us - we'd rather pay for each quiz. We aren't usually hiring more than one person at once and certainly don't hire new people every month, so the current model isn't ideal.

**Recommendations to others considering Weirdly:**

It will make hiring easy and fun. 100% would recommend. I've recommended to countless personal friends so far.

**What problems is Weirdly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hiring is hard. The one bad hire we made recently probably wouldn't have scored highly on Weirdly. Problems we're figuring out? Defining roles.

**What do you like best about Weirdly?**

Candidates like it as it's simple to use and is quick too which is pretty important in a hiring process 

**What do you dislike about Weirdly?**

Nothing stands out - the pricing plan was changed recently which meant we had to purchse more units than we may need but we'll no doubt use them in the end 

**What problems is Weirdly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use is as an additional tool in screening candidate profiles.  We don't use it to screen out candidates like some businesses possibly do with their volume roles - often it's simply used as a conversation starter at an interview and/or it prompts us to ask questions of the candidate that may be "of concern"
