What do you like best about Weirdly?

I like how easy and simple the process is. Something that is usually stressful and never ending is much simpler with weirdly and makes a huge difference in the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Weirdly?

I have had some hiccups while using weirdly, maybe it's because of my quizzes or maybe it's not, but there have been times where unqualified candidates have been shortlisted. I don't know the reason behind this hiccup. I feel like there should be more questions asked me before creating the quiz, instead of leaving the editing of questions to me. The whole point of using this software is so that I don't have to go through the trouble of quizzing candidates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Weirdly?

The applicants that like weirdly are the type of people we want to hire. Both the recent hires LOVED it and happened to also score 80+ percent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Weirdly?

I don't think the subscription based payment is ideal for us - we'd rather pay for each quiz. We aren't usually hiring more than one person at once and certainly don't hire new people every month, so the current model isn't ideal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing stands out - the pricing plan was changed recently which meant we had to purchse more units than we may need but we'll no doubt use them in the end Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
