Worktrak Recruit Reviews & Product Details

Worktrak Recruit is a full-featured applicant tracking system designed for teams that are serious about hiring but not willing to overpay for it. Managing recruitment across email, spreadsheets, and Slack threads creates chaos — candidate details get lost, interviewers give inconsistent feedback, and there's no visibility into where each hire stands. Worktrak Recruit fixes this with a structured pipeline: post jobs, track every candidate through customizable stages, run structured interviews with built-in scorecards, generate offer letters, and manage staffing agencies through a dedicated vendor portal — all from a single dashboard. Free plan available. Standard and Enterprise plans priced for growing businesses, not Fortune 500 procurement budgets.
