weone Reviews & Product Details

weone is an applicant tracking system built for people who hire without a big HR team: independent recruiters, recruiting agencies and growing companies. Post a job once and publish it to your own careers page, LinkedIn, Indeed and Google for Jobs. Applications land in one pipeline where you can move candidates between stages, tag them and see everything about each person in one place. AI does the reading for you. It parses every resume, scores how well each candidate matches the job, writes a short summary, and suggests interview questions based on the resume and the job description. Scheduling takes one step. Book an interview with a Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link, or send the candidate a link to pick a time that works for them. Interviewers leave scorecards, and you can send offers from the same place. Candidate emails go out from your own Gmail or Outlook, with ready-made templates and automatic updates at each stage. Rejections are held until the next working morning so they never feel automated. weone works in 16 languages, and every workspace starts with a free 30-day trial, no card needed.
