I wonder if there are captioned videos that can be shown prior to using ConexEd -- instructions on how to use this.

I know how to schedule available meeting times but after I do if I choose the view it just shows up as empty white boxes which is not helpful. Also, when it integrates with my google calendar it does not show who my meeting is with.

We have four colleges and have counselors available for each, and students are created and added to their home college. If students want to access another college it would be convenient to have a bit more sharing across instances

If my schedule changes depending on the need of the students, will I be able to set up my office hours and just change them weekly?

I would like to change the colors of my appointments. Is there a way to do this?

How likely will students be able to use smartphones and tablets in the future?

I have seen Public schools use it but not Charter or Private. Is this only available for Public schools?
