I'm sometimes having a lag happening, for example, I have connected a LED strip with a 144ms timer to blink, sometimes it just freezes up or falls behind for a second or so. Is this library, my code, or hardware related?

I have had used both the platforms and feel both potentially strong platforms for IIoT. Any additional pros & cons analysis for both would be insightful. Please point out which are best for what use cases if any.
