They provide helpful documentation and I also have found some interesting videos on their Youtube channel, that was the only help I needed to develop my project. I have an enterprise account, so I am able to use IoT Analytics too. One of the main advantages for me is that a simulator is included in the platform, so at the beginning of the project I saw how data were stored and graphically represented and also how alerts are received depending on data values. Furthermore, their support is superb and quick. **What do you dislike about Fogwing IIoT Platform?** It would be interesting for me that the dashboards on IoT Analytics could be more customizable. Their structure is fixed, only the type of graph and the attributes can be changed, but not their size or their position. Moreover, I think that it would be useful if more kinds of graphs were included (I know they are working on it). In my opinion, the documentation section could also include some explanatory videos (like the ones that can be found on Youtube). **What problems is Fogwing IIoT Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am using Fogwing to store data from photovoltaic solar pannels (power, energy, voltage, current) and to represent them in different types of graphs. A big benefit for me is that Fogwing is bi-directional. I needed to turn off a swicth when power gets over a concrete value, and Fogwing allows me to do that with an specific type of alarm called "Command" (it sends a message back to my edge device). Aditionally, it is really useful for me the possibility of creating different kinds of users, because it allows each user to only see his own dashboard. I believe Fogwing offers a great amount of benefits for a very affordable price. ### 29. Fogwing is very easy tool, simple configuration setup and by default store and analyze internally. The documentation also very helpful. I registered as community user, requested access to enterprise features, they approved it. Enterprise features are most advanced compared to other tools that I explored. **What do you dislike about Fogwing IIoT Platform?** Even though there are documentation site to read and understand, it is better they provide video demo and examples for better idea to new IoT developers. Also the sample SDK simulator is python based, if they provide java that would help java users. **What problems is Fogwing IIoT Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am doing a small pilot project to detect and alert any water leakage in my basement (in the event of sump pump failure or any pipe burst). so I was looking for one IoT platform which supports to connect devices such as Audrino and Raspberry PI easily, store, process, trigger alert and send commands.
