Suppose a bad change to an Opportunity field was deployed to Prod, and the next day I want to restore that field from a previous version in the backup repository. If I identify... Read more

While early days of using Coapdo, we faced several issues and the features were also missed which could be taken care by providing an in-app guidance/chatbot support for atleast the 'How-do-I' questions for your customers rather than raising tickets and wating for the support person's reply.

I'm curious how much time you spend on maintaining CloudBees - when it comes to updates/upgrades, infrastructure and security updates, what's your infrastructure cost (considering the size of the solution you have implemented).

We often face agent disconnections, which are causing a lot of builds to fail. These happen for both on-prem and cloud (AWS) agents. Any help in optimizing network connections and reducing disconnections will be really appreciated.

The new price tiers are quickly putting pressure on our organization to move off Pantheon. I'd like to keep using Pantheon and I'm curious if you are considering making a special price tier (perhaps with less bells and whistles) that would allow nonprofits like us to continue using Pantheon.
