What do you like best about Timeero?

Form a customer services perspective. Melissa provided the best account services we've experienced. Thank you Mel! Operationally, the live map of our drivers is what we needed to provide better service to our customers. Real time information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Timeero?

Currently, no dislikes. I like the expansion Timeero is doing. I'd like to see the reports being able to export in Groups and same with the late notifications to go to specific managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Timeero solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been able to see drivers in real time and see their exact locations for our medical customers needing ETA's and our dispatch team being able to make better decisions in the moment to better service our patients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi There! Thank you for the kind words and for your feedback. Late notifications go to Admins; great idea to have them sent to specific Managers! Regarding exporting data by Group...have you tried using our By User or Group Report? I think that could be what you're looking for. Thanks again for submitting your feedback! Happy Tracking :)
