What do you like best about Firestorm MLM Software?

Their customer support is great. Anytime there may have been an issue or had questions about how something in the Admin center worked, they would quickly respond and be happy to assist you. You get to build report with the same people, its not like calling into a large company and getting a different person every time. If you need to get your network marketing company up fast, this is something you can get going fast, but it will not be very customized to you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Firestorm MLM Software?

It is very cookie cutter design. While every compensation plan (pay plan) is different in MLM, it seemed like they only had reports regarding to certain types or that they were very generic. Felt like starting up we didn't get a lot of customization and then if we wanted to change something it would cost money. I understand that its a quick get started company, but I think even just terminology should match the company you are promoting, not a generic terminology where they don't mean the same thing in the Companies pay plan Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cookie Cutter and not customized at all for the price. Every customization you want is a cost, rather than included and built to your specification like many other MLM software companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Firestorm MLM Software:

This is an easy way to get a fast start with an MLM company. Be prepared to incur extra costs as you make changes, they have a high rate/hour for change requests even when there were errors on their part implementing the Setup (SIP). If you are working with other vendors that need to integrate with your MLM ERP system, be prepared for hassles. Trinity doesn't play well with other developers. What do you dislike about Firestorm MLM Software?

It is too cookie cutter, meaning not customized/branded to my company. There is ALOT of stuff that they have, but its not specific to our brand, meaning that reports don't spit out the right data I am looking for. I wish it was more customizable, however, you have to pay each time something needs to change. I now know I would rather fork out a building cost to get exactly what I wanted vs paying monthly for a basic system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
