If you can check the quotation now, you can understand that we did not quote you for website design, and also mentioned additional requirement will be charged extra. We already developed all the modules which we committed in the quotation. When the problem started regarding the website design, we offered you that we can do the website design free of cost to avoid further issues. And we sent two mails regarding that but we didn't get any reply from you. It happened in 2017, and after that you didn't reply us until this march 2020.
