i dont like the laggness of this software it lags soo much thats the only thing i dont like about it otherwise this is the great app and software as well thank you Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their customer support is great. Anytime there may have been an issue or had questions about how something in the Admin center worked, they would quickly respond and be happy to assist you. You get to build report with the same people, its not like calling into a large company and getting a different person every time. If you need to get your network marketing company up fast, this is something you can get going fast, but it will not be very customized to you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very cookie cutter design. While every compensation plan (pay plan) is different in MLM, it seemed like they only had reports regarding to certain types or that they were very generic. Felt like starting up we didn't get a lot of customization and then if we wanted to change something it would cost money. I understand that its a quick get started company, but I think even just terminology should match the company you are promoting, not a generic terminology where they don't mean the same thing in the Companies pay plan Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is too cookie cutter, meaning not customized/branded to my company. There is ALOT of stuff that they have, but its not specific to our brand, meaning that reports don't spit out the right data I am looking for. I wish it was more customizable, however, you have to pay each time something needs to change.
