It would be beneficial if ECHO3D updated its free tier with new features regularly. Having started using ECHO3D almost a year ago, I find myself eager to explore more of its capabilities. An expansion of the features available within the free tier would greatly enhance the user experience, especially for long-term users like myself who are keen to access and utilize the latest functionalities offered by the platform. One of the great things about ECHO3D is that it has been designed specifically to support GLB assets. The platform allows users to upload GLB files directly and provides a range of tools for managing and organizing these assets. What do you like best about echo3D 3D Digital Asset Management Platform?

The best thing I like is that we can use echo3D for multiple languages or frameworks. I first came across echo3D when I wanted to make an application using the Unity game engine but my friends wanted to do something the same using javascript and so I assisted them using the same models, just by using it in the javascript framework. Although the pricing framework is fine, if the free subscription could give more credits, it would be nice. A better approach would be we can purchase credits as required, so it would be much better according to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is echo3D 3D Digital Asset Management Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

I came across echo3D when I was developing games for hobby and felt that mobiles are improving performance day by day, and companies such as Microsoft, and Facebook are interested in AR, so I also wanted some application similar such as an inventory to visualize the products in there homes. Although it is at very premature state ( just in my computer and mobile) I liked that we can design the products on our own so this is very helpful. What do you like best about echo3D 3D Digital Asset Management Platform?

I liked the easy way that we can create objects with a large library of models. I also tried to upload my blender model of simple monkey and that worked great. The shaders and materials were exact. I tried it to display images and it worked seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about echo3D 3D Digital Asset Management Platform?

Controlling the animations of the 3d model is not very intuitive and I didn't find any good tutorials regarding this. If animation control was there, it would be the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is echo3D 3D Digital Asset Management Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was very interested in developing AR applications since the Metaverse hype has attracted many developers. So with my friends, we thought of a project, a virtual zoo where we can show the activity of different animals around the house floor. So this tool was solving many parts of the application by hosting the models and then delivering them. Now the project is in development mode and about 50% task is done. What do you like best about echo3D 3D Digital Asset Management Platform?

I love being able to add assets to my application without having to do a build. This gives me a lot of flexibility to update the experience without having to bother the developers. It gives me creative freedom.
