The thing I like most about Canvas is how user friendly it is. The interface is very neat and clean, and I am sure this is a huge advantage for students to find their course content in an organized and efficient manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing I dislike most about Canvas is that the mobile application version seems to be neglected when compared to the web version. Our school conducted a feedback event and we found that all of our students are using the mobile application, but it can lag and glitch, and it is not nearly as accessible as the web version. To give a bit more context, we use third-party tools to enhance accessibility (ex. readspeaker) but these tools do not work well on phones/tablets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
