Tracker has a clear and simple layout which makes it easy to use. I also like that there is an app available.

Tracker Customer Service is great!! They have a chat option and its a real person! NOT A BOT. Also they actually help! Especially great for newer recruiters to be able to trouble shoot technical issues directly with admins.

New to the program and the technical support has been very helpful and available as needed. Send links and walk you through the process along with great follow-up. It's tough switching to a new platform but great to know the help is there.
