As a solo practitioner, it has been exactly the phone service I was looking for regarding HIPAA compliance, keeping costs at a minimum, and auto responses. It is very easy to use.

It's been really simple to implement and use. I love that I can have a separate phone line on my current phone that is easily distinguishable from my personal line. Downloading the app and using it on my personal cell was a breeze. I had some issues with confirming my business EIN and customer service was helpful in navigating that and communicating with me along the way. I love that clients can easily call me any time and the voicemail transcription is amazing. I use this daily with my work and am so glad to have found an easy to use platform that fits my needs!

The customer service is very helpful. I needed help re-routing my number to a call center and the Spruce team went above and beyond trying to ensure that everything was working. They always answer my questions in a timely manner and the product is always working without issue.
