Patients created in our EHR automatically have a profile created in spruce. Lastly, the ability to create a note in the patient’s chart from the messages assists with continuity of care and helps keep our records up to date!
I LOVE that I can set up auto replies to missed calls. I own and operate my own business and when I'm with clients I can't answer the phone. The auto reply feature has been incredibly helpful in retaining new clients for me! This app has basically paid for itself at this point.
