Spruce Health has been very flexible for my team. As my team grows and changes, each member can use their own phone. We do a phone tree and are able to make internal notes. This has allowed admin to communicate with clients and with the therapists seamlessly. I like the peace of mind that clients can message us privately. Spruce has been very versatile.
