This is so important & unfortunately that’s not always the case with other phone systems out there. It’s convenient. Texting is the new standard outreach practice. Patients appreciate the ability to text with the office on their own schedules. We appreciate the ability to set auto replies for after hours or schedule follow up touch points for a later date so it doesn’t fall through the cracks. The recent updates to self-serve phone trees has been great too. Finally, the value you get for the price is great!
