RingEX has helped my work communications in my day to day communications to keep me organized. I find it very useful not having to deal with the calls, chat, video calls, screen share and voicemail to email all on separate applications. I like that the quality of my calls have always been good and I find the application very easy to use and the switches between applications have also been very seamless.

This platform enables user to smoothly organize and synchronize an event that was really difficult to do without this platform. I love this platform as it provides almost all needed tools to launch a webinar or meeting effectively. This platform can schedule and organize the event meticulously. It enables the detailed planning of the event as who will deliver to the audience and what topic will the entire event be about. I also love the capability of this platform to launch the meeting in hybrid model allowing a more better reach of the information to be delivered. The platform also provides detailed information of the schedule about the venue and timing too. I love this platform for its capability to manage the registration and tickets online. I love the capability of this platform to brand the event. Other than this , It also provides capability to manage offline events efficiently. The sharing and tracking capability of this platform is commendable. I also love the recording feature of this platform which allows the organizer to used it for record keeping or use it to be shared to attendees. I love the overall performance of this platform and the platform is reliable. The onboarding of this platform was also quick and secured. The live polls also enhances the attention of the audience. The analytics provided by this platform is also worth mentioning.

I love that RingEX consolidates all of our telephony, understanding the cost with no surprises and saving us around £2,000 per month in total. The manageability and features it brings, like setting up users with direct dials, extensions, IVR, message mailboxes, and changing prompts, are absolutely fantastic for the price point. The flexibility is unbelievable with it being fully cloud-based and needing just an Internet connection. We can use desktop phones, portable phones, mobile apps, and Windows apps, giving us lots of flexibility. Porting from our old system to RingEX was unbelievably simple with less than a fifteen-minute window of downtime. The onboarding was so good, the best I've experienced. It's a brilliant product with zero downtime, and I would easily rate it a 10—it’s absolutely fantastic.
