It’s easy to track time and fill out timesheets. It’s also straightforward to manage budgets and see, in real time, how time entries impact the budget.

I like how easy Productive is to use; the UX design is clear and clean, which helps me know exactly where my projects are and who is responsible for each project. The ability to set up budgets for each client and track how much time my coworkers spend on tasks is really beneficial. Creating tasks, bookings, and using Kanban boards where clients can participate is super valuable. Integrating with Slack allows for seamless communication, as I get notifications there, which is super helpful. Overall, having a clear structure and the possibility to involve clients directly with a clear overview makes Productive a great choice for our agency's project management needs.

Productive is essentially the operating system for our agency. We use it across the entire business, from task and project management to workload and capacity planning, CRM, sales, budgeting, time tracking, invoicing, and reporting. Having everything connected in one place makes managing the agency much easier and gives us a clear picture of our projects, team capacity, budgets, and overall business performance. There are still a few features we’d love to see added or expanded, but Productive continues to improve, and overall, it gives us almost everything we need to run our agency day to day.
