When we started using Productive we got a much clearer view of how budget each project consumes, it also tells us if we're profitable or not, shows us our margins and capacity. It's also much easier with the reporting tool for managers to track and review performance without wasting time on spreadsheets and back and forth check ins.

I also rely heavily on the budget vs actuals dashboard and love the visuals as well as the immediate flags for projects that are at risk of going over budget. The interface is clean and intuitive, so I can onboard new contractors quickly and monitor performance metrics in real time. I especially appreciate the automation features, like automated commission calculations and detailed reporting, which save a lot of manual work. All in all a true “All-in-one”
