Recruitment Overview, Digital Personnel File, and Smart Reminders
The best part is the recruiting. It helps us get an overview of our applications and distribute them more easily and quickly to the various departments. Also, the digital personnel file and the announcements (e.g., payslips are now available). The inbox with reminders of fixed-term contracts and probation periods is also particularly helpful.

What I particularly like about Personio is that it is an all-in-one solution where all employee data can be used for various purposes. The integration with the time account and payroll, as well as the ability to directly transfer applicants into the recruiting process as employees, truly defines Personio. I especially like the recruitment process, where I don't have to make duplicate entries and can use all the data directly to transfer it to our payroll.
