Personio is most helpful because it is very clearly structured and easy to use. You can see the absence of employees directly, and you can even receive notifications about it. This helps me organize my workday because I always know who is present at work. It is also easy to get an overview of all the documents and access them quickly. For employers, it is also a useful way to provide general rules and information to all employees in the form of documents. I cannot think of many things that could be improved. Maybe there could be more reasons or options to choose from when an employee is absent for a day.
