The overview works well, the data is easy to enter, and it is intuitive. Suggestions for improvement seem to be implemented, and the implementation has taken place very well and in a structured manner.

As an international organization, it's really nice to have all of our employee data stored in one place. Also with the ability to analyze data, pull reports, change information, etc. all in one place. The performance module is helpful for streamlining our performance review process across the entire company and maintaining accurate and detailed reviews for all performance reviews and performance concerns. The automations and workflows section also has helped us streamline our onboarding and offboarding workflows, making sure no steps get missed and we can delegate tasks to the relevant parties effortlessly. Lastly, I really enjoy the integrations possible to connect all systems to Personio without having to update data in multiple places.

The interface is intuitive and at the same time offers a great depth of features. Additionally, many integrations are possible, which makes the overall use very flexible.
