I like that Personio offers quick data availability, even for ad hoc evaluations, and that it includes eSignature functions that allow document creation and signing in one tool. I also appreciate the workflows for onboarding and offboarding as they simplify the processes.

The biggest advantage is the centralized management of all HR processes in a single system. All employee data is centralized and digitized. Furthermore, we can map our time and absence management as well as our recruiting.

I like that Personio makes it relatively easy to create custom properties and design how an employee profile looks. I appreciate that it's fully integrated with Google Workspace and Slack, allowing for seamless syncing of vacation absences or sick days with Google Calendar and updating Slack status. I also enjoy that you can request a vacation day or a sick day via Slack without needing to log into Personio. Another helpful aspect is the ability to build different views in the employee list to see various properties in different table views. I like that Personio is an all-in-one tool, even though we are not using all apps the platform has to offer.
