The automated contract generation feature works flawlessly every single time
I like that Personio offers a dynamic template builder that auto-fills into standard employment contract templates in seconds with customized applicant fields. Additionally, the native electronic signature collection feature accelerates and automates offer letter sign-offs, eliminating the need for outside third-party signers. I find the real-time departmental absence calendars very useful for getting up-to-date absence data across our parallel regional units. The initial setup of Personio was easy, which is a big plus for us as we implement it across our organization.
