I use Orum to call through my call tasks in Outreach, and I like the streamlined user interface it offers. The 'boost call' feature is great as it helps me get increased pickup rates. I also find the auto-voicemail and auto-call screening recording features to be nice. The setup of Orum was easy, with no issues. It’s significantly cheaper than the product we used before, Nooks, while offering the same features.
