The integration with Outreach is seamless and accurate. The filter feature to narrow down groups of people that I'm calling. The dialing makes calling so easy, with voicemails, dispositions. Not to mention the AI assistant helps me refine my dials which each call.

User interface and AI Coaching is useful for the team. Simultaneous dual integration is valuable and something other parallel dialer softwares do not offer.

I find the AI notes feature in Orum particularly valuable for cold calls, as it allows me to call and have my notes handy. The initial setup was easy, which I really appreciate. Overall, I think Orum is the best for handling calling sheets with many numbers.
