It is much easier not using manual logs and capturing items via serial or asset numbers make the communication via the field and technicians much less complicated.

OpenWrench is the best maintenance management system there is. It's a one stop shop for facilities maintenance. Easy to use system and the back end support is unmatched. We couldn't manage our facilities with out.
