It makes it easy for our sales consultants at EuroNet Solutions GmbH Berlin to quickly move network-monitoring client deals across different stages and add audit-assessment notes directly to each opportunity record. This feature gives our whole team instant visibility into ongoing B2B client projects without requiring heavy training. Additionally, the straightforward dashboard allows us to pull quick deal-status snapshots for internal team syncs. It also helps lower onboarding friction for new sales team members, allowing them to understand the system without much hassle.

Nutshell has all the features of an expensive CRM, but you have the option to use them or not. Tracking all emails by lead keeps everything in one place and saves lots of time trying to remember OR FIND what you sent to a customer. I also use "tasks" like a check list to ensure I process each item in a particular phase of a project.
