Having one place for all of our contact information for companies and a place to log activities for other coworkers to see. The broadcast and newsletter features have been very useful for us.

My favorite aspect of Nutshell by far is the automatic email syncing from my inbox to Nutshell. It saves me so much time not having to go back and forth with clients over email and then have to log each email conversation in their accounts. I also love the google calendar syncing so I do not have to create the reservation/meeting in google and nutshell. It just does it automatically and invites all the guest's directly through one click.

I love everything about Nutshell! I have long been in marketing, and recently took on a sales position for a start-up publishing company. I don't know how sales people can live without it. With Nutshell, I can easily see which prospects are interested and act accordingly. Most of my customers have been acquired by this capability. I also love that it is easy to use from a marketing perspective. Creating compelling and professionally designed email campaigns is super easy, even for a design-challenged person like myself. The reports are great. Creating custom fields and personalized emails is a breeze. Nutshell has all of the functionality I need and is WAY easier to use than Salesforce.
