The workflow automation and customizable scorecards make quality reviews much more efficient. Being able to tie QA scores directly to agent performance metrics in one place saves a lot of time compared to manual tracking.

The QA tool was helpful and being able to set up workflows using certain event criteria but the rebranding to Rippit was a major let down. The UI for dashboards was great.
