Unbelievable tool which helps to audit in a very strategic way. Things get easy while working on it. Making a report fetching a report is very easy and accessiable.

I like that im able to see what needs to be improvement. I like that you can use the links to take you exactly where the improvement needs. It also gives you the breakdown of each QA score that you used. I like that it give the scores for the week, month and 3 months back. very helpful
