Easy to setup. Flexible (releases announcement, CSAT, NPS...)

As a Head of Product, what impressed me most about Jimo is how easy it was to implement and start using right away. The UX is clean, intuitive, and efficient. * Very easy to use even without trainings or implementation sessions as the admin panel is very well-thought and intuitive. * Modernity of the design and the level of customization that allowed us to implement our branding * Display and Visibility options to fully decide who, where and when we display the content * The possibility to have a different and customized Resource center for our various areas in our product * White label option as it's integrated to our product * Analytics on views and clicks on modals especially but appreciate all the analytics * Big shout out to our CSM who is always super available and efficient in providing solutions and help ( especially on more technical questions)
