The standout feature for us in Jimo has been their product & onboarding functionality. While we're eager to explore more of what Jimo offers, our current priority is establishing an effective way to guide users when they encounter difficulties or fail to complete important tasks within our product. The ease with which our team members can implement these in-app experiences, and their ability to activate at crucial moments based on user actions, is truly valuable. This is a significant improvement over other solutions we've tried, where we were limited to basic conditional logic for initiating messages.
