Jimo is integrated to zapier which is also really nice for us to be notified in real time when we get a survey answer. It also helps drive adoption of new features by letting you add temporary hints, as well as full tours and in-app experiences. On top of that, it comes in handy for addressing simple, specific client needs with a straightforward no-code solution, instead of having to ask developers for help.
