I like the easy way Make allows for automation of the whole process of sending personalized emails. It auto-creates content with the ChatGPT module, saves it to Word, and sends a .pdf file to the client. This makes it much more manageable than trying to figure out all the automation myself. Also, the capability to go from a ChatGPT prompt to a ready .pdf file is quite valuable. Setting it up was easy because AI assistance was available, and ChatGPT can create whole scenarios, which is a big help.

I like that Make has a nice esthetic and that it can be connected to Claude, which I find useful. The templates are great because they give me an idea of what can be made, making it easier for me to automate processes in my daily pediatric practice and not miss important reminders.
