Centralized, Transparent Compensation with Flexible Workflows and Strong Reporting

It is helping us to centralize compensation process and it is more efficient and transparent. We are able to make flexible and configurable workflow for whole organization. Budgets allocation and bonus management is very easier with this tool. It has good analytics and reporting capabilities support data driven compensation strategies for the team.
