What do you like best about HRSoft Total Rewards Communication?

User interface (Employee Portal) is easy on the eyes. Captures important compensation items with flexibility to be detailed or high-level; with capability provide comprehensive data. Our support team is GREAT! always very responsive, takes time to explain the process, keeps us posted with updates. Revisions and UAT are done real-time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HRSoft Total Rewards Communication?

We are manually uploading templates so it is quite difficult and tedious to compile. There is an option to automate, but we have not explored that option yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The implementation staff and customer service after production has been essential and invaluable. Response time and resolution are top notch.
