I’m in a business where forecasting is everything. It's a marketing tool, but the data we get from Heatmap is priceless. The way it integrates so seemlessly with our BigCommerce back-end, I am able to have a live view of how customer behavior affects Stock levels. I particularly use the session replays to spot users interacting with product availability messages/back in stock notifications.

I’m in business development, and Heatmap is how my sales team gets the unfair advantage. Surfacing this information in our CRM allows us to know, before we even pick up the phone, what specific pages on our website a prospect visited and how they interacted with it. The recordings of the sessions are a preview of their questions and worries. It's ridiculously easy to use, we'll spend 5 minutes before a call looking over the activity and it totally changes the conversion.
