Excellent for General Customer Service, too.

Whilst the bulk of ProActive Campaigns is clearly meant for marketing purposes, we've found great use for it with Zendesk for bulk-notifications for Customer Service notices. The ability to import lists of customers from Excel and keep track of the tickets for each campaign has been of great help to us, as well as being able to personalise the messages using the imported data.

What I like the most is the direct integration with Zendesk. It allows us to easily segment our users according to custom fields, tags, or ticket history, and launch campaigns. The ability to schedule sends and perform automatic follow-ups is also a great advantage for saving time and maintaining constant communication with our customers.
