The ability to import lists of customers from Excel and keep track of the tickets for each campaign has been of great help to us, as well as being able to personalise the messages using the imported data. **What do you dislike about Proactive Campaigns for Zendesk?** At the moment, there isn't a way to populate Zendesk Ticket Form Fields using imported data (such as imported customer order numbers etc), which would be a feature we'd greatly appreciate. **What problems is Proactive Campaigns for Zendesk solving and how is that benefiting you?** Whilst wanting to keep customer contact inside Zendesk wherever possible for reporting purposes, Zendesk doesn't have a built-in feature for the bulk-creation of tickets, or contacting new customers en-masse. For issues such as unavailable item notifications or similar bulk-contact we like to perform for our customers, ProActive Campaigns has greatly enhanced our ability to notify our customers of any large-scale issues relating to their orders quickly and efficiently. ### 2. If I had to mention something, I would say that the template editor could be a bit more intuitive or visual, especially for those who have no experience in design or HTML.
