It is user friendly, it is clear and easy to understand.

Overview, check-boxes, multi-level tasks. When creating a task you can add instructions. When creating sub-tasks, you can add multiple at once (but if you want to add different details to the sub-tasks like different deadline or person who is to solve it, you already have to open it separately).

What I like most about Freelo is how clearly everything is organized when working on projects with colleagues. It’s easy to see who is responsible for what, and the task statuses (whether something is in progress or already finished) make the whole workflow much more transparent. I also really appreciate that it reduces the need for excessive email communication. Having everything in one place helps avoid mistakes that can happen when emails get overlooked.
