Overall, it’s great for helping us keep track of work tasks, since all the info, documents, and exchange history are kept together.

Freelo is very useful for delegating tasks remotely. We are a large school with around 100 employees, and for department managers it is one way to organize their work using a mobile phone and shared boards. We use it to manage projects, and we also share links with external workers so they can see who is responsible for what and what each department needs to do. I use it on a daily basis. Managers have their mobile phones and upload everything directly, so we don’t use paper notes.
